- Melissa Galloway
Melissa Galloway, LE, is a licensed aesthetician with over 10 years’ experience in medical aesthetics. She studied skin care at the Capri Institute. In addition to partnering with Summit Medical Group plastic surgeons Peter Hyans, MD, FACS, and Reza Momeni, MD, FACS, Ms. Galloway works with Summit Medical Group dermatologists to offer comprehensive skin care services for patients with a wide range of skin concerns and skin types. Her expertise includes chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and clinical facials. She is also closely involved in treating our Ultherapy and CoolSclupting patients. Ms. Galloway notes, “My experience has shown me the many benefits of combining medical-grade skin care treatments with patient-specific skin care regimens.”
- Nancy DeLuca
Nancy joined the Plastic Surgery Center in 2013 as a Patient Services Representative, and advanced quickly to her current role as Surgical Scheduler & Cosmetic Coordinator by the next year. She is responsible for all aspects of pre-procedure planning, including scheduling, surgery preparation, and coordination of patient visits. Nancy works directly with patients, answering questions, confirming surgery appointments. She also reviews payment options for cosmetic patients.
- Patricia Souliotis
Patricia joined our team in 2014. She is responsible for all aspects of pre-procedure planning, including scheduling, preparing patients for surgery, and coordination of patients’ post-operative visits both in the office and in hand therapy. She works directly with patients, answering questions, confirming surgery appointments, and helping cosmetic patients with payment options.

- Leigh Ann Krincek, Lead PSR
Leigh Ann joined the Plastic Surgery Center in 2013 and advanced quickly in her knowledge and ability to help patients. She prides herself on excellent patient service and care. Leigh Ann studied at Johnson and Wales University, where she majored in hospitality management, focusing on inter-personal skills and communication. “The opportunity to assist in patients’ health care is a positive learning experience in my career,” she says, “I treat patients with the encouragement and respect that I would want in return.”
- Alexandra Redmond, PSR
Ally joined the Plastic Surgery Center team in 2014, having gained valuable experience in a client-centered boutique spa. She is savvy with technology and takes charge of our patient communications, fielding questions from patients who contact us by phone or through the web. Her focus is strong, and singular: solving problems for patients. Alexandra began her studies at Kean University in Communications, and is now majoring in Social Work. In her free time, Alexandra volunteers with Girls On The Run, and leads an active, healthy lifestyle with her two dogs Max and Bailey. "I love to share smiles, laughs and positive energy with our patients," she says.
